Over the years, Sage has created many web sites for
real estate professionals, and has helped them to achieve
greater sales and recognition. Sage provides regular
weekly web maintenance for some of Victoria's most
successful agents, including Leslee Farrell and Peter
Nash.

Victoria Real Estate Board
The Victoria Real Estate Board wanted a new website and realised that, as well as a face lift, it needed to target a different audience. Instead of focusing on its member Realtors® it needed to target the general public whom they service. Through Sage's Design Process we identified what was most important for the new audience and grouped that information into intuitive, easy to navigate categories within a new site structure. Sage implemented unique new features, like the custom Open House system, to increase the visitor's experience. The website was built to be highly accessible to the different demographics that make up the audience, including visibility under older technology, and maintaining the site's ability to be found via search engines. The VREB continues to work with Sage to constantly improve the site and include more value-added features.

Leslee Farrell
The goal in redesigning Leslee Farrell’s site was to create a site that focuses on quality, luxury, waterfront homes. The site uses many different technologies and design ideas to convey this. A custom gradient background, and a light tonal blue colour scheme says “waterfront”. Large, easily updateable slideshows showcase the luxurious nature of the houses. As well, a current blog, Google maps, virtual tours, exchange calculators and PDF floorplans all help the potential client. Leslee, her staff and her clients are all thrilled with the result.
